Order Cancellations, Refunds, Returns and Disputes.

If the Buyer shows proof of receiving incorrect, defective, not as described, used, damaged, or poor-quality Product(s), the Merchant has a right to open a dispute via the Services and request a full refund (“Dispute Ticket”). The Buyer have fourteen (14) calendar days after the date of delivery of the order to request a refund for an incorrect or damaged product.
